My patient

David was recently admitted to the emergency room after an accident. The patient was on a motorcycle when they were hit on the side by another vehicle. David was thrown from his motorcycle. In his hospital bed, David is conscious, lucid, and speaking coherently. Radiologic studies revealed a burst fracture of the T2-T3 vertebrae and a fracture of the right scapula.

According to his vital signs and medical history (found below), which tests would you order to confirm that he's suffered a spinal cord injury? Due to budgetary and time constraints, you can only order two results. Choose wisely.
