Getting input from users

As well as navigating a case, you can also ask more standard types of questions as you go. Compared to a full survey tool like SurveyMonkey, this is quite simple and limited. 

But you can do much more than before. You can simply collect text, perhaps asking them to reflect on some key element of the case.
