Slick production values

Here we have a very slick video from the NEJM series with very high production values. 

But there is quite a lot of unnecessary preamble. We have selected just the small section with tips about our most common application, the indirect laryngoscopy. 

Note at around 3:50, the narrator comments on image inversion - I found this confusing until I listened carefully. We all use mirrors every day so are used to inversion... but the right cord still appears on the side we are expecting.
